I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbour and downtown. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the harbour. One downside was the smoke alarm going off during my shower due to steam, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. I would definitely return for another visit!

The rooms are large and clean, with inviting balconies; however, keep in mind that renovations are ongoing which slightly affects outside access. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and offers some wonderful views. Our room provided a peaceful balcony view, but other amenities, like the bathroom facilities, could use more attention. While the staff were helpful and accommodating, the lack of regular housekeeping was disappointing, especially given the room rate.

The room we had was nice, featuring a beautiful view from the balcony. However, for the price of $700 a night, I expected more amenities and services, particularly daily housekeeping.

Overall, it was great value for money, especially with the breakfast and parking included.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful atmosphere, but the high price tag came with a lack of housekeeping, which was disappointing. The location was ideal for exploring both the busy Inner and Outer Harbours, making it convenient for walks and sightseeing. Overall, while the room was nice, the value for the price didn’t fully meet expectations.

Rooms

The facilities were good overall, though I expected more considering the price. There was no mention of additional amenities during our stay.
